How can we help?

Answers to the questions we're asked most. If you can't find what you need, email us and a real person will get back to you.

Is Sister Health free?

Yes. Sister Health is free to download and use during our current launch period. We'll communicate clearly before any future pricing changes.

When can I start using it?

Now. Sister Health is available to download on iOS and Android.

Which phones does it work on?

Sister Health requires iOS 15.1 or later on iPhone, or Android 7.0 or later on Android devices.

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. You can use Sister Health whether you have a diagnosis, are still looking for answers, or simply want to understand your cycle and symptoms better.

What if I don't know what's wrong?

You can start by tracking what you notice. Over time, Sister Health can help surface patterns across what you log so you have a clearer picture of what's been happening.

Which conditions is it designed with in mind?

Our current resources cover endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMOS (PCOS), PMDD, fibroids, perimenopause, irregular cycles and pain-related topics, alongside general cycle and symptom tracking.

How is this different from other apps?

Sister Health is built for bodies and cycles that don't always follow the rules. Alongside detailed symptom and cycle tracking, it can surface patterns from what you log, provides clear sourced health information, and lets you turn your tracking into a Doctor's Report for appointments.

Is my data safe, and where is it stored?

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services in London (eu-west-2), encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your data. For full detail, see our privacy policy.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account from within the app, and full account and health-record deletion is implemented. Here's how to delete your account and data.

Is this medical advice?

No. Sister Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you're concerned about symptoms, speak to a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, use the appropriate emergency service.

Is the community in the app?

Community conversation is currently through the Sister Health Facebook group, which is linked from the app; it is not currently hosted inside the app.

Do you use my logs to improve the app?

No. What you log is yours — it's used to show you your own patterns and build your Doctor's Report, nothing else. We only improve the app from things you choose to send us, like feedback and survey answers.

Still need a hand?

Email us at info@sisterhealth.app and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
