The app

Everything you've been trying to figure out, in one place.

Track symptoms. Spot patterns. Finally feel supported.

Free on iOS and Android

The essentials.

What you log is yours — used to show you your own patterns and build your Doctor's Report, nothing else.

Actually understand what's happening

Track your symptoms in a way that helps you see patterns and changes over time — not just log data.

Information without the overwhelm

Explore clear, credible women's health information, written to actually make sense.

Patterns you can actually use

See what tends to show up together and what changes across your cycle, based on what you log.

Take the bigger picture to your appointment

Turn what you've tracked into a downloadable Doctor's Report, with your cycle snapshot, patterns you've confirmed and potential questions to discuss with your healthcare professional.

Tracking that fits your life

Log symptoms in seconds, without it feeling like another task.

How it works

Four steps, from "something's off" to "here's what I've got."

Sister Health daily check-in screen: rate your pain from none to severe, choose where it's located, and describe how it feels.
1 Check in

Log how you feel, in about 30 seconds.

Rate your pain, mark where it is, and describe it — then add mood, energy and sleep if you want to. A few simple taps and the day is captured, so nothing gets lost between appointments.

Sister Health insight card reading that your pain often appears around days 6 to 9, has shown up in 4 of your last 5 cycles, and may be linked to your logged bleeding, with an 'Is this true for you?' prompt.
2 Patterns & insights

See what keeps repeating — and confirm what's true.

As you log, Sister Health surfaces patterns from your tracking history and shows them back to you. You confirm what fits — these are observations from your own data, never a diagnosis.

Example insight: "You've been logging pelvic pain before your period starts — not just during it. This has shown up across 4 of your last 5 cycles. Keep tracking to see whether this pattern continues."

Sister Health Doctor's Report screen with an Export PDF button, a cycle snapshot showing average cycle length and peak pain day, and highlighted patterns marked 'confirmed by you.'
3 Doctor's Report

Walk in with evidence, not just "I feel awful."

Turn months of logging into a clear, one-page Doctor's Report — average cycle length, peak pain days and the patterns you've confirmed. Export it as a PDF and bring it to your appointment, so the conversation starts with your data instead of your memory.

4 Resources & Sister Club (soon)

Real answers, and people who get it.

Browse a growing resource library — pain, work, lifestyle, mental health, treatments — written like a human, not a textbook. And Sister Club, our in-app community, is coming soon — a place where you won't have to explain from scratch why this week has been hard. Until it opens, our community is on Facebook.

Built for the conditions that get dismissed.

Good questions.

Does Sister Health diagnose anything?

No. Sister Health helps you track your symptoms and shows you patterns in your own data. It doesn't diagnose or give medical advice — that's a conversation for you and a qualified healthcare professional, and the Doctor's Report is there to help you have it.

How does the pattern detection work?

As you check in over time, the app looks for things that recur — like pain that often appears on certain cycle days — and shows them to you as observations. You decide whether each one is true for you, so your report reflects your reality, not a guess.

Which conditions is it for?

It's built for endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMOS and PMDD — and works for general cycle tracking too. If your cycle is complicated, this was made for you.

What does it cost?

Sister Health is free on iOS and Android while we're in public beta.
